1. Independent Private Tour Operator Status

Ranthambore Bagh Safari is an independent private safari tour agency and trip logistics coordinator in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. We are NOT an official government website, nor are we directly affiliated with the Rajasthan Forest Department or Government of Rajasthan. Our commercial packages include private tour curation, certified nature guides, registered Gypsy/Canter vehicle arrangements, hotel transfers, and permit procurement assistance.

2. Government Safari Permit Regulations & Zone Allocation

All safari vehicle entry permits into Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are strictly issued under the jurisdiction of the Department of Forest, Government of Rajasthan. Travelers must note:

• Quota Availability: Safari permits are quota-limited and allocated subject to availability in the government computerized reservation network. Submitting an inquiry on our website does not constitute an instant confirmed permit until verified by our desk.
• Zone Allocation (Zones 1 to 10): Safari zones are allotted automatically by the Forest Department's randomized computerized roster on the date of entry to prevent ecological overcrowding. While we register your zone preference on priority, no agency has legal authority to guarantee a specific zone. All 10 zones feature active tiger territories.
• No Tiger Sighting Guarantees: Tigers and leopards are free-roaming wild predators in their natural habitat. Sightings depend on animal movement, temperature, territory marking, and tracking skills. No monetary refunds or guarantees apply to wildlife sightings.

3. Mandatory Identification Documents

Forest Department regulations mandate that every traveler carry the exact original government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) submitted during permit registration. Entry into the national park gate will be denied by forest rangers if IDs do not match the permit roster, and our agency bears no liability for entry denial due to invalid, missing, or mismatched guest documentation.

4. Park Code of Conduct & NTCA Ethics

All safari guests must strictly adhere to the guidelines mandated by the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) and forest rangers:

• No alighting or stepping down from the vehicle inside the reserve forest under any circumstances.
• Strict maintenance of silence; shouting, playing musical devices, or teasing wildlife is strictly prohibited and legally punishable.
• Zero tolerance for littering, plastic disposal, or smoking inside the national park.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ranthambore Bagh Safari takes every reasonable precaution to ensure traveler safety and comfort. However, we are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss or damage to personal belongings, delays, or schedule disruptions caused by weather conditions, sudden park closures by forest authorities, road blockages, or force majeure events.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or related to our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, India.
