Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Forest Department Safari Permit Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that all national park safari vehicle entry permits (for both 6-seater Open Gypsies and 20-seater Canters) are registered directly through the computerized reservation roster of the Department of Forest, Government of Rajasthan.

Under official Forest Department rules, government permit fees, entry taxes, and vehicle reservation fees are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable once issued. No name changes or date alterations are permitted by the forest authorities after ticket confirmation.

2. Private Tour Package & Cab Cancellation Slabs

For private logistics packages, customized wildlife tours, resort arrangements, and sightseeing cab transfers arranged by Ranthambore Bagh Safari, the following cancellation fee structure applies:

• 30 Days or More Prior to Safari Date: 80% refund of the private tour logistics fee (excluding the non-refundable Forest Department government permit cost).
• 15 to 29 Days Prior to Safari Date: 50% refund of the private tour logistics fee (excluding the non-refundable government permit cost).
• Less than 14 Days Prior to Safari Date: No refund applicable due to advance vehicle blocking and dedicated naturalist allocation.

3. Unforeseen Forest Department Closures & Weather

In exceptional circumstances where the Forest Department officially cancels safari operations due to severe flash floods, monsoon track damage, or VIP security protocols:

• Any official permit refund granted by the Rajasthan Forest Department under their emergency circulars will be passed directly to the client.
• Clients will be given priority assistance to reschedule their private tour to the next available shift or following day, subject to quota slots.
• Safaris operate normally during regular light rain, mist, or cold weather and will not be cancelled on subjective guest preference.

4. Refund Processing Duration

Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days via original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit Card gateway).
